Precautions:
1. The silver in the product will settle after being placed for a period of time, please stir it evenly before each use, and the stencil needs to be clean and dry;
2. It is recommended that the ambient temperature be controlled at 10-22°C and humidity ≤60% during use
3. The silver paste after opening should be used within 24 hours. The unused silver paste should not be placed in the open, but should be covered with inner and outer covers and sealed for storage;
4. Recycled silver paste must be stored and used separately from normal silver paste, and cannot be mixed. To adjust the viscosity of the recycled silver paste, (thinner-102) is needed, and the amount added should not exceed 1.5% of the total mass of the silver paste. During the long-term printing process of the silver paste, if the viscosity of the paste increases, it can be added appropriately (thinner-102), and the amount added should not exceed 15% of the total mass of the silver paste;
5. When the silver paste is taken out of the refrigerator and used , please place the refrigerated silver paste at the operating temperature (generally 20C~25°C) and allow it to perform temperature balance. The balance time is 12 hours. Special attention: do not open the silver paste packaging cover during the balance process. Keep the silver paste package in a sealed state. After the temperature is balanced, please open the lid and stir evenly. It is recommended to use a stirrer after stirring for 2 hours;
6. Do not touch the PER film and the silver wire with bare hands during the working hours; the working environment should not contain corrosive gases such as sulfides and oxides;
7. Operators must wear normal labor protection supplies such as masks, hats, gloves, etc., and cannot use labor protection supplies containing sulfide; if they touch the skin, they should be washed with water and soap in time.
